Server/Barista

WAITPERSON/BARISTA

(Note: Both serving and barista experience is highly preferred. The right candidate enjoys a fun environment, but can really hustle when the customers start pouring in!)

Hours & Whatnot:
·We're open 7 days., but this position generally works 3-4 days/week (alternating with another server, and covering shifts any day as needed)
·Sundays are required for all employees
·Holiday Seasons are required, but we're closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc.
·Probable hiatus during slow season (Jan / Feb/March).

Duties & the Like:
·Waiting tables in our upstairs dining area (6 tables) plus on the patio as weather allows (5 tables). (See our menu)
·Barista and Customer Service duties at front counter
·Busing of tables
·Covering for alternate server as arranged

KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Because we're a small cafe, the kitchen assistant is definitely a multi-tasking position. We're looking for someone who's got cooking experience, and is willling to pitch in and get all of the jobs done.

Hours & Whatnot:
·We're open 7 days, but this is a part time gig
·Hours vary from day to day. Some days 9am-4pm, some days 11am-5pm, etc. Generally under 30 hours per week.
·Holiday Seasons are required, but we're closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc.
·Probable hiatus during slow season (Jan / Feb/March).

Duties & the Like:
· Running or assisting on the food prep line (See our menu)
·Washing dishes
·Some busing of tables
· General kitchen maintenance and cleaning

We're a small team, and we like to have fun. Everyone does every job when it's necessary. There's room to grow for the right person!!
